We provide a community dermatology service for patients registered with NHS Surrey Heath CCG at Upper Gordon Road Surgery in Camberley and we also provide some specialist treatments in Cranleigh Medical Practice. Please note that patients registered with practices in NHS Guildford and Waverley CCG will need to contact the new provider, Concordia Outpatients (01483-910-094), if they have any queries about appointments or waiting times as we no longer provide services in the area.
