Coronavirus Information
5th January 2021 – Due to UK Government guidance permitting travel to medical appointments, our clinics will run as scheduled. Our Patient Helplines remain open (Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00), however please be aware we are experiencing a high volume of telephone calls at the moment. Please leave a voicemail message or email us (contact details can be found on your appointment letter) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
As an alternative to a face-to-face appointment, you may have been previously been offered a virtual assessment using our MySkinDoctor app. If you previously declined, then you are welcome to use the app with the code that was initially texted to you.
Please visit myskindoctor.co.uk for further details on how to download and use our app. If you require a face-to-face appointment, we will be in contact by telephone or letter to arrange this for you.
Due to UK Government regulations, as of Monday 15th June 2020, all patients will be required to wear a face covering when attending their outpatient appointment. Unfortunately we cannot provide you with a face mask. Therefore we ask all patients provide their own and failure to wear a face covering may result in you being turned away and your appointment rescheduled.
